Testimonials

They manufactured my steel building and had it delivered in 2 weeks. I was skeptical at first, but they really backed up their promises.

I’ve actually referred 3 of my friends who’ve also bought buildings. They even saved me $3,500 buying direct.

I was able to buy direct from the factory and get a quality steel building for the same price as a pole barn. The building showed up on time; in fact, it was actually 1 week early.

I purchased three mini-storages and was able to save about $35,000 on the project buying direct from the factory.

Their erector installed the buildings quickly and efficiently. The entire process from start to completed building was about 3 months.

At first, I wasn’t sure they were going to be able to deliver on their promises.
My friends thought I wasn’t ever going to see a building delivered to my
job site.

In the end, the building price stayed the same, and I actually received it early. I was in constant contact with my sales rep and really appreciated their help.

Redesign the Exteriors of Your Steel Building

There are several ventilation methods that you could use for your steel building. Ventilation provides for a good movement of fresh air inside the building, and depending on the purpose of the building, appropriate ventilation should be chosen. For example if you are building a steel home for yourself or a steel church for your congregation, then you should have lots of ventilation inside the building, so that there is movement of air and an incoming sunlight that keeps the whole inner atmosphere clean and fresh. On the other hand if you want a cold storage facility then you would like exactly the opposite, i.e. you would not like to get a lot of sunlight and air circulation inside your building, because if this occurs, then there will be increased electricity costs for keeping the storage cold. Thus it all depends on the application of the building and therefore the ventilation system should be chosen wisely.

The first aspect of good ventilation is an appropriate placement and size of the doors and windows inside the building. In addition, ridge vents are quite popular as they are versatile and can easily be customized for your own needs. The damper on the ridge vents can be opened or closed and this prevents water coming into the building during a rainfall, for example. These are also very useful for a good air circulation. Consider this – the building gets warm from the outside heat, the air insider the building now heats up and rises. If this air doesn’t have anywhere to go then it will just stagnate there on top. However, when dampers are opened, this hot air will move out, avoid condensation and cause a good air circulation. A cupola is another attractive ventilation option that is becoming quite popular and gives a distinct look to your building. These are especially used with steel barns and riding arenas.
