They manufactured my steel building and
had it delivered in 2 weeks. I was skeptical at first, but they really
backed up their promises.
I’ve actually referred 3 of my friends who’ve also bought buildings.
They even saved me $3,500 buying direct.

I was able to buy direct from the
factory and get a quality steel building for the same price as a pole
barn. The building showed up on time; in fact, it was actually 1 week
early.

I purchased three mini-storages and was
able to save about $35,000 on the project buying direct from the
factory.
Their erector installed the buildings quickly and efficiently. The
entire process from start to completed building was about 3 months.

At first, I wasn’t sure they were going
to be able to deliver on their promises.
My friends thought I wasn’t ever going to see a building delivered to my
job site.
In the end, the building price stayed the same, and I actually received
it early. I was in constant contact with my sales rep and really
appreciated their help.

Choosing the Builder of Your
Steel Building
|
It is important that you have a competent
erector for your building in order to ensure a great
performance. A poor builder can be responsible for a
number of shortcomings for your steel building,
right from structural collapse to water leakage into
the house. Therefore someone who is knowledgeable
and experienced in this field should be preferred.
Also, some builders have an experience with only
certain types of metal building and not in others,
so you should also check the area of experience and
expertise of the builder.
When you choose your builder, you should look at the
type of building that you want and also the
complexity involved in that building. The builder
should preferably have experience in the type of
buildings that you want. This can be done by a
careful examination of the past projects of the
erector, especially the more recent ones, like in
the last couple of years. You could also talk to
people for whom the erector had built in the past to
get some feedback on him before you can entrust your
building needs to him. You can also do some
background checks like his certification and
training. The crew too should be specialized in the
area of building that you want, and not in a
completely different field.
You should also note that if the price is too good
to be true, then probably there is a catch
somewhere. As a general rule, you should watch out
for low bids, since they are attractive only on the
surface as they generally lead to a poor
performance. If there is a very low bid, you should
ask the erector why he has such a low bid. The
quality of the building should be of utmost
importance, and cost should not be the primary
factor. This is because you may regret this later on
if you don’t follow this, with a poor quality
building. |
