Skylights:

We carry the 10'8” reinforced sky lights that can be used in one place or you can cut them in ½ for 5'4” and use in 2 places. Most people use the 10'8” in one place because they let in an extreme amount of natural light. Great for extra light and areas where there is no power. We do not carry any of the smaller 5' non reinforced skylights. These can also be used to substitute wall light.

Windows

Our Aluminum Framed Windows (insulated and non-insulated) range in a variety of sizes and styles, such as: Horizontal Slide, Single Hung or Slim Line (double or single pane). Each window includes the framed opening and all necessary hardware (screens, locks).

Reflective Insulation

Reflective insulation is ideal for steel buildings. Metal skinned buildings can get very warm and humid in the summer and cold in the winter. Reflective insulation will keep the building cool and dry in the summer and warm in winter. Radiant barrier insulation is a reflective insulation system that offers a permanent way to reduce energy costs. Radiant barrier insulation systems reflect radiant heat energy instead of trying to absorb it. A pure aluminum radiant barrier reflective insulation is unaffected by humidity and will continue to perform at a consistent level no matter how humid it may be. A radiant barrier insulation system is a layer of foil facing airspace and is installed in the envelope of a building. It is easy to install, doesn’t promote nesting of rodents or birds, and it looks great!

Vents / Ventilation

We offer several options for venting your steel building. Our Louvers come in a variety of sizes and include screen. We also carry Circular Roof Vents, Ridge Vents (10' Continuous) and Rubber Roof Jacks.

Ridge Vents (10' Continuous)

Our ridge vents are 10' long with a 9” throat. They come with a damper to open and close, interior gutter system to avoid water coming into the building, bird screens, and all necessary hardware to install.

• If the building gets warm, heat will rise to the highest point, which is the peak, and just sit there. If you get a couple of ridge vents, you can open the dampers to release the hot air and reduce condensation.

Cupolas:

This is another type of ventilation that is extremely attractive. Similar to the ridge vents, it offers a way for the building to breathe to avoid condensation and create a custom appearance. You will see this product quite often on horse barns and riding arenas.

Wainscot:

This is another inexpensive custom item to make the appearance of the building even more attractive. It is a different color panel on the bottom 3’ to 4’ of the building. It gives your building a two-tone look; top of the building 1 color and small portion of the bottom of the building another color. It is common for most customers to do the roof, trims and bottom panels in one color and the top part of the wall sheets in another color. Common in residential / business areas where appearance is of high priority.

Color Roof:

Adding a color roof (versus a galvalume roof) is a great way to get a more appealing look.

This is utilized mostly with a high roof pitch where the roof is obviously exposed and for areas where the style of the building is considered high priority.

Overhangs:

Add Overhangs to your building for a more appealing and professional appearance. It is a protective covering for the public to stand out of the weather and keeps the walls and windows cleaner for longer periods of time. Common in residential / business areas where appearance is of high priority.

Anchor Bolt Kits:

These are the large bolts that go into the concrete to hold down your building. These are typically provided by the concrete company. In order for your building to be properly warranted, you need to make sure they are A325I high strength certified, for this reason we can provide these at your request.

Pre-Stucco Panels:

These panels have been utilized on every type of pre-engineered steel building including offices and even homes. These panels are ideally suited for all types of commercial construction. These panels are manufactured to fit the size of the building, virtually eliminating waste and time needed to field cut other types of panels. With 24 standard colors available and backed by a 25 year warranty, these will enhance the beauty of any project. Adding a layer of insulation before applying has resulted in significant savings in heating and cooling. Panels can be installed in any climate throughout the year, unlike other stucco applications. This can also be used the same as a wainscot type appearance with an even nicer look to it. Take a plain looking building and make it a "THING OF BEAUTY!"

Standing Seam Roofs:

The standing seam metal roof is one of the most exciting breakthroughs in roofing technology in the last 25 years. It fulfills the building owner's need for durable, puncture-resistant protection against the weather, while working in conjunction with the forces of nature. Unlike flat built -up roofs or standard overlapping roof systems, which can sometimes require frequent maintenance, the standing seam metal roof will offer 20 years and beyond of trouble-free performance with little or no maintenance time or expense. The standing seam metal roof assures adequate drainage from rain and snow, effectively solving problems such as leaking. Once again this is a system used on homes, churches, offices or any type of custom projects.

Liner P :

These are panels attached to the inside of the building the same as the panels are attached to the outside of the building. It will protect your exterior walls on the inside from damage and protect the insulation in the building when it is being used for a shop or something similar where there is a lot of activity in the building. Liner panel will also protect the walls from cattle, horses and other large animals or equipment that may cause damage to exterior panels from the inside.
