Mini Storage Buildings

Each nationwide Wholesale Steel self-storage system is
designed and manufactured to include premium roll up
doors. Our premium doors are built to work hard,
with sturdy door construction that’s custom
engineered for strong, smooth operation.
All interior structural steel shall be zinc coated
(gauges will very from 12-20 gauge depending on the
roof and wind loadings).
We use 18 gauge pre-finished header and jamb system
with G-90 hot dipped galvanized substrate. We use
29 gauge Galvalume R panel interior partition panels
(horizontal panels for post and purlin buildings).
26 gauge panels for end walls and sidewalls
(includes outside rubber closures at sill).
26 gauge roof panel system- 4” minimum overhang from
the face of the eave trim-galvalume finish.

All structural fasteners. Powder actuated
fastners required to anchor the interior
columns.

Strutual plans, building calculations and anchor
bolt plans are included.

All fasteners and caulking required for the
erection of the buildings are included.
